How do you usually work with clients?

I start with a free 30-minute diagnostic call. From there, we agree on a scope - from a single architecture review to an ongoing fractional CTO engagement. I work remotely, embedded with your team via Slack and weekly syncs.

Do you write code or only advise?

Both. I bring 20 years of hands-on engineering experience, so I can lead architecture reviews, pair with your developers, build prototypes, and review production code. The exact balance depends on the engagement.

What tech stacks do you cover?

My deepest expertise is in Ruby on Rails, AI/LLM systems, and mobile cross-platform development. I also have strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, React, Next.js, and modern DevOps workflows.

Are you available for full-time roles?
