EDK Mobile App
December 2025 - Present
Took over development of an existing Flutter mobile app for Extreme Way of the Cross (EDK) participants. Migrated the map engine from flutter_map to MapLibre GL for native rendering performance. Implemented GPS tracking with 3-state compass navigation, offline map downloads, GeoJSON-based event/station clustering, and interactive elevation charts. Fixed critical production crashes (MapLibre SIGSEGV, Firebase Remote Config failures, theme crashes on Android). Optimized rendering from 3 FPS to smooth performance on budget Android devices. Added dark mode, meditation language switching, and safe area handling across diverse devices.

EDK Warehouse System
January 2026 - February 2026
Warehouse management system for Extreme Way of the Cross (EDK) package distribution. Handles inventory tracking, leader orders with commission-based settlements, public donation pages with Przelewy24 payments, automated shipping via Apaczka.pl and InPost, warehouse staff panel, district-level package allocation, and Synerise CRM integration. Built with role-based access for coordinators, district leaders, and warehouse staff.

EDK Shop
March 2025
Online store for Extreme Way of the Cross (EDK) built on PrestaShop. Implemented integrations with Apaczka.pl for shipping and InPost parcel locker selection. Orders are automatically synced from PrestaShop to Subiekt GT via Sybsync, triggering automatic invoice generation. Secure payment processing is handled via Przelewy24.

Trainer - Booking System
